  Authentic, loving, welcoming, emphasize Jesus, God's, and the Holy Spirits presence on religion. Emphasize relationships with each other and God not rules, and a list of do's and dont's. Rob Stiles really cares about his flock. He is a Godly, sincere, compassionate, fun, down to earth person. He does not consider himself above us. He considers his role to be a teacher and a guide to help us be more like Christ. Then he encourages us to take it outside the church. He is easliy accessble for emergencies. but keeps home and church balanced.
