  This place was horrible. My mother's service was interrupted by workers wearing t-shirts and cutoff jeans walking to the back working. Not only that but their microphones stopped working. The director was no where to e found and there was no urgency to fix the issue. (The director was missing 2/3'2 of the time.) After all was said and done my director stated I would receive a death certificate the day of her service. I did not receive one. I called and left messages over 7 times to my assigned director over the past 2 weeks and have not been contacted back.. I finally called again today and asked her where the death certificate was and she stated it was missing. This is completely unacceptable. She offered to order a second one however that does not solve my problem of an original missing death certificate. How the heck does a funeral home lose a death certificate?
  This place is completely unprofessional and I am highly dissatisfied. I wouldn't wish this place in anyone... Living OR dead.

  My family has used this funeral home on 2 separate occasions and both times we were treated with the up most respect and compassion. I would highly recommend them.

  The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at my grandpas service. Not only did the staff go out of their way to help me, they helped all of us in one way or another. They even let us use their intercom system to play my grandpas favorite songs. Incredible building with the right amenities.
